School Day Hours:

Preschool

No class on Fridays.
Morning Preschool: 8:25 am - 11:25 am
Afternoon Preschool: 12:10 am - 3:10 pm
All Day Preschool: 8:25 am - 3:10 pm
Preschool enters from the playground in front of the school.

Kindergarten - 5th Grade

Bell Schedule: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
1st bell to line up rings at 8:25 am
Tardy bell rings at 8:30 am
Warning dismissal bell rings at 2:55 pm
Dismissal bell rings at 3:00 pm

Staff supervision for students begins at 8:10 am.

Students may enter through the side cafeteria for breakfast or through the door from the back of the school where the blacktop is located.

Early dismissal will not be accepted after 2:30 pm (except in cases of emergencies). Please come into the main office with your identification to pick up your student.

Finish the 2026-27 School Year Strong!

Even though the end of the school year is near, teaching and learning continues. The last day of school for most APS students is May 21. Students, be present and ready to learn every day so you can finish the school year strong!

We are excited to share that beginning in the 2026-27 school year, APS will implement a districtwide bell schedule alignment as part of our commitment to student success and the priorities of our Destination APS Strategic Plan.

2026–27 & 2027–28 School Calendars Approved by APS Board of Education
